The name Sharon The Freelancer (STF) didn’t resonate well in the corporate space, as it created the perception of a one-person operation. This raised concerns about our capacity and ability to handle large-scale projects.
We added ‘We Are’ in front of STF to reflect the collective spirit behind the brand.
It represents the passionate team, community of industry collaborators, mentees, and future talent who make up the STF journey.
This shift not only reassures clients that we can manage large-scale projects, but also shows that by working with us, they’re investing in something bigger: a thriving, purpose-driven community with real impact.
